KARIN PEDERSEN

I founded Mascott Management ApS in 2008 after a long career in several Danish Companies. I have worked at LEGO Company, Dansk Tipstjeneste/Danske Spil, Århus Stiftstidende/Det Berlingske Officin and Louis Poulsen Lighting. I’m very well experienced with general management & leadership and I have worked as chairman of - as well as member of - the board of directors. I draw on my experience from these various positions when I facilitate growth and development in small and medium sized enterprises.

I keep my skills up-dated on a current basis. I participate in relevant seminars and networks. I am appointed as external examiner and practice as such at universities and business schools – for instance on E*MBA, M.Sc., B.Sc.
